Thank you for shopping with Kyn Loom. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.
Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

The return shipment must be sent back within this 14-day period.
Return Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition, with all original tags attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, simply return your item for a refund or select a store credit option.
Refund to Original Payment Method

Processed within 7–10 business days after warehouse confirmation.

It may take up to 3 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at kynloom@gmail.com with photos. We’ll review your claim and offer the best possible resolution.

Perfumes without intact original plastic seal

Final Sale items (clearly marked)

Items returned after the 14-day window

Worn or damaged items not previously approved by our support team
Return Shipping & Customs Fees

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, based on your country and courier.

Kyn Loom is not responsible for customs duties or taxes on returns.

Keep your proof of shipment and tracking number — returns without trackable proof cannot be processed.
Processing Time
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 working days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or store credit has been issued.
